TEAM
FORMATION
Team building gives the teams the space and autonomy to accomplish their tasks and make their own decisions. Members let their fellow teammates know about their strengths and weaknesses. They are more driven with their ideas, take risks, listen to each other and then arrive at a consensus. As a result, there’s more collaboration, communication and team members aren’t afraid to expose their vulnerabilities with each other. At Signum we promote positive team collaboration.

1. TEAMS ARE CHOSEN

-
People from the core team will divide the members of the workshop into different teams according to their interests.
-
The members’ abilities are looked upon and a balanced team is created.

After leaders are chosen, they get to invite a certain number of people they believe will be beneficial for their teams.
