The teams CREATE and IMPLEMENT their innovative ideas through our workshop. They discover the strategies that entrepreneurs and organizations use to create and bring innovative ideas to the market.
1. DEVELOP AN IDEA

The teams will brainstorm ideas (service/platform) they will be developing on and will debate on their pros and cons. They will discuss how they’ll introduce and build on their ideas. Their ideas should be well thought-out and realistic.
Teams will also be creating a rough document in this stage including all the reports , research data , sketches and all other details of their ideas. The document should contain the following:

A. What is the problem?

What is the intensity of the problem?

Determine at its core, what problems does your idea solve?

B. Data and Research

Obtain data based on what you're working with, research how you will go through with your idea, and how you will solve the problem.

With a concept selected and a route defined, is your inception ready for a prototype to be produced?

Work on data like competition analysis and statistical reports in order to determine a favorable market
-
Gather evidence to validate your beliefs

C. What is your solution?

How effective is your solution?

Think about what assumptions you’re making in terms of its functionality
​
D. Target Audience?
-
Decide on who you are targeting your idea to (i.e. a specific age group, businesses, media officials, a social group, etc.)

Determine the type of users who will be attracted to your product

Set an age group, spending capabilities, work and usage range etc. to help determine the user-base

2. IMPLEMENTATION

After your team has created an idea, you need to implement the idea in a practical, safe and feasible method.

It starts with a realistic plan, continues with taking action and is reinforced by acknowledging the things you have achieved rather than the things not yet done.

Focus on establishing crystal-clear empathy with the audience

Craft an unambiguous offer based on the position you want to take within your company

Once you know what motivates your target audience, it’s time to formulate ways to help them achieve their goals by communicating with them

F. FEASIBLE ?

Follow up with systematic approaches like SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) to ensure the feasibility of your product

Outline the project scope

Typical assessment of the cost and benefit analysis of the product
